We are very proud that our recipes are by Michel Roux.

When he opened Le Gavroche with his brother Albert in 1967 they not only became the first three star Michelin restaurant in the country but also managed to change British attitudes to food. Michel then went on to open The Waterside Inn in 1972 which is now the longest running Michelin three star restaurant in Britain.

In recognition of his services to the catering industry Michel Roux has been honoured with an OBE and the Chevalier de la Legion d'Honneur. You can see why we are excited about our new and forthcoming recipes!
